My little brother is an amateur MMA fighter, he had been talking about the Dolce Diet. So I checked it out, after reading Dolce’s book I know what he talks about isn’t a long term diet. The biggest part I pulled from this was his 21 days, 21 goals. I like the idea of building healthy goals on top of healthy goals. That said starting tonight I will start my goal challenge.
Today’s goal (for tomorrow) to run 3 miles before church.
